Generally, below parameters can be customized base on requirement:

  • Color of some PVC product, like oxygen mask, client can choose green version or transparent version;
  • Length of most tubing products, such as suction tubing, breathing circuit, etc.;
  • Diameter of the tubing, like oxygen connecting tubing;
  • Packing design, like printing, carton size, etc.

We cannot confirm all above points can be implemented, for detail order please check with our sales.

We provide 12 months of warranty upon delivery. For any quality problem during this period, we will take the responsibility. For the problem that occurs beyond warranty, we will also give the technical support. But client needs to pay the fee of any replacement part and its delivery cost.

Can you provide ODM service for equipment?2019-11-27T08:47:19+00:00

ODM service is not available for all the equipment product, but for some special product, for example ENT treatment unit. We will make some modification base on client requirement. The price and leadtime will be different from standard product.

Can you provide OEM service?2019-11-27T08:46:46+00:00

Yes, we can provide OEM service for most of our products. We will put your logo onto the package (bag, carton, even on some product).

Besides, we can provide some art design supporting, like label design, printing design and carton design. We have a lot of experience on this.

In most case, the production leadtime is less than 30days after received deposit. For large quantity order, the leadtime will be longer, and client can check it with our sales to get an estimation before start order.

Base on client requirement and goods volume, we can provide FOB, CIF, even DDP delivery terms. For most products and orders, we follow FOB term, especially for medical consumables. For small equipment we are happy to use international express, like China EMS (cheap & slow) and DHL (expensive & fast).

Bank T/T is the common way for payment. For small amount, we also accept WestUnion transfer.

The payment term is:

  • For medical consumable: 30% as deposit, and 70% paid before shipment;
  • For medical equipment: 100% paid in advance.
What is the packing standard?2019-11-27T08:40:54+00:00

For equipment, we have plenty of packing experience of both wooden packing and carton packing. Wooden packing is used for large equipment, like ENT Treatment Unit. It is strong enough to resist any vibration during either air flight or sea shipment. Carton packing is for small size equipment, like Endoscope camera. There will be foam in between the goods and carton, make sure the goods won’t be getting any hard collision.

For consumables, carton will be the most packing way. And the detail package is always following the common standard or client requirement. Sometimes individual/punch packing, sometimes bulk packing. For individual/punch packing, PE bag or poly-paper bag will be used base on requirement.

We have complete quality control system, which contains material checking, in production audit and shipment inspection. For special requirement product we will apply 100% inspection, ensure no quality issue before packing.

Our production is fully under ISO13485 standard. For equipment we will perform EMC test, life test and function test, and function test will be done for each product. For medical consumables we will perform random test in every workstation.

For medical equipment we have CE and ISO13485 certificates;

For medical consumables we have CE, ISO13485 and FDA certificates.
